All Returns/Exchanges Must Be Made Within 72 Hours Of Receipt
All Items Must Be Returned In The Original State. We Will Not Accept Any Returns Or Exchanges Of Any Altered Products
Exchange Will Be Made For A Product Of Equal Value
We Will Not Be Responsible For Return Shipping Fee
Return Shipping Cost Will Be Paid For By The Customer.
We Suggest Sending Through A Courier That Provides Tracking Information And Delivery Confirmation Since We Are Not Responsible For Lost Packages. We Must Receive The Product And Inspect It Before An Exchange/Refund Can Be Made.
Once We Have Received The Unit We Will Inspect It Thoroughly by matching it with all initial visual recordings of how the wig was before we sent it to you and in what state we received it for confirmation before an exchange or a refund can be made.
If The Returns Requirements Are Met, Then The Exchange Or Refund Process Would Begin. We Reserve The Right To Refuse An Exchange If The Conditions Stated Are Not Met.
Please allow 5-7 business days from our receipt of the returned goods for an exchange/ refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. If you have any questions, or wish to discuss the return procedure in further details, please do not hesitate to contact us.
NOTE : No refund or exchange on wigs that do not meet this criteria. You can request for your item sent back to you and the reshipping fees will be charged.
For refunds applied in cases where there is no inaccuracy on our part but you just changed your mind on your order, we would issue a full refund as stated above but a $60 restocking fee would be deducted.
All Headband braid wigs are non refundable once the item has been shipped
